The Granary is a spectacular modern apartment created from an ancient building (parts of which are believed to be 900 years old) lying 5 miles north of Stamford in the medieval village of Aunby. After an extensive period of renovation and refurbishment, the Granary is now available for holiday use.
The stunning 50 foot reception room contains a television, music centre, table tennis table, and table football, as well as seating and eating areas. The kitchen opens off the reception room and is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge etc.The cottage is a new refurbishment with two bedrooms, sitting room with woodburning stove, fully fitted kitchen etc. If taken with the Granary, the properties have the use of an interconnecting door.

Normanton Park Cottages comprise of four self contained cottages, Copper Beech, Mushroom, Apple and Game. They sit within a walled garden with mature trees overlooking Rutland Water.
Copper Beech Cottage
This consists of one bedroom (double), bathroom, kitchen fully equipped, microwave and electric cooker.
Mushroom Cottage
Has a shared entrance porch with Game Cottage and looks directly onto a paddock and then onto the water.
Apple Room Cottage
This is a cosy compact unit. It has a kitchen/living area which is fully equipped with microwave, fridge and electric cooker.
Game Cottage
This self contained cosy bed-sit consists of kitchen living area, an archway that divides living space from the bedroom.
